Since 2012, the 'Yili Spring Rain Program,' a dedicated initiative for employee care, has focused on the objective of 'enhancing employee value.' This program covers multiple facets of employee well-being, including everyday living requirements, health management, and welfare experiences, delivering holistic care to employees.
Yili provides annual health checks for every employee. In partnership with external organizations, Yili has established the 'E-Health' health service management platform. This platform offers access to top-quality medical resources nationwide and provides comprehensive services including appointment scheduling, report analysis, post-check guidance, and health consultations.
Yili regularly organizes employee health activities such as consultations with medical experts, health lectures, and screenings for high-risk diseases, to promote occupational health knowledge and enhance health awareness among employees. Moreover, Yili provides a 'Harbor of the Heart' staff relaxation room, establishes the 'Yili Care Hotline', and organizes mental health seminars to ensure the well-being of employees' mental health.
We have conducted various activities to develop a better workplace for our employees. For our global employees, we have created "Multicultural Week" to enhance multicultural understanding. For female employees, Yili runs a health care program that includes organizing free screenings for breast and cervical cancer, providing meals and prenatal guidance for pregnant employees, and setting up mother rooms as well as maternity allowances.
We continue to consolidate the compensation management system, which defines the base salary for each position and bonus for performance. In terms of talent motivation, we have developed a diverse combination of short-, medium-, and long-term incentive models, including cash incentives and immaterial incentives.
In 2022, Yili launched a brand-new application, Hui Life, an online welfare platform for employees. The "Hui Life" integrated over 10 diversified welfare resources, including welfare distribution, corporate health checks, internal product purchase and financial support, etc. It meets the diverse needs of employees for inclusive, differentiated, and convenient welfare.
