The final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is available for public review and comment. The BLM website has been updated with the full document for online review and download, public reading room locations, and the calendar of public open house meetings. Comments are due by June 28, 2013

The 30-day land use plan amendment protest period is separate from the final EIS comment process. Protests on any of the proposed plan amendments must be filed with the BLM Director in Washington DC by May 28, 2013.
